How To:

Find a comfortable position laying on your back. Place your stones accordingly:

Garnet: Root (place above/on your pubic bone) - Grounding/Security

Carnelian: Sacral (place 2" below belly button)- Creativity/Sensuality

Citrine: Solar Plexus (place on diaphragm)- Self-esteem/Personal Power

Green Aventurine: Heart (place at your heart) - Love

Sodalite: Throat (place at your throat between the bony divot) - Communication

Amethyst: 3rd Eye (place just above between your eyebrows) - Intuition/Clairvoyance

Clear Quartz: Crown (place at the top of your head) - Consciousness/Wisdom

Leave in place for 11 minutes
